Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc is seeking a Quality Operations Manager (A320) to manage and supervise all operational quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline. Based in Mobile, AL, you will lead a team of supervisors and inspectors, ensuring Airbus quality standards and POA compliance across the production line.

The role emphasizes leadership, process assurance, and risk mitigation, with strong collaboration across departments and exposure to EASA and manufacturing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Aviation or comparable industry.
• Ability to lead and develop a quality operations team and manage inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Line Side Inspection Team and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus POA quality standards and OSHA/safety rules.
• Coordinate with other departments to drive process improvements and issue resolution.
