Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Title Clerk to handle the legal transfer of documents between the dealership and the DMV, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of title work. You will examine contracts, prepare and submit tax and title documents, verify funds, and stay on top of county and state regulations, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position requires at least two years in a busy office, and automotive/title/Notary certifications are a plus; the company

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working in a busy office environment required
• Previous automotive Title Clerk experience preferred
• Automotive accounting or CDK experience a plus
• ActiveNotary Public certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills required
• Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office setting is required
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)

• Stays abreast of county and state title regulation requirements
• Understand deadlines and is able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to tasks

The Title Clerk handles the legal transfer of documents on the customer’s behalfbetween the dealership and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
