Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Title Clerk in Boston to handle legal transfer of documents between the dealership and the Department of Motor Vehicles. You will examine contracts, process vehicle registrations, and prepare tax/title documents while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a busy office, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Automotive CDK experience and Notary credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine contracts to ensure conformity to requirements.

• Verify funds before title processing and maintain timely paperwork.
• Keep complete list of outstanding title work and comply with deadlines.
