Job summary

Air Methods seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic for our Russell Springs, KY base with rotor experience on EC130. You will perform inspections, repairs, and alterations on company aircraft, ensuring documentation complies with FARs and company procedures.

Responsibilities include verifying part numbers and serials, maintaining a clean work area, on-call rotations, travel up to 50%, and adherence to DOT/FAA safety standards. FAA A&P license is required.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license in good standing.
• 2–5 years’ related experience.
• FAR 135 operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections/repairs per procedures and FARs.
• Verify part numbers/serials match docs.
• Ensure maintenance docs meet regs and manuals.
• Participate in SMS improvement programs.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Advise PIC of maintenance issues affecting flight status.
• Maintain Status Report data accuracy.
• Order parts to sustain operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
