Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking an Accounting Specialist to oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensure accurate data entry, and support timely financial operations in a collaborative in-office setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in mid-level accounting, experience with Oracle NetSuite, GAAP expertise, and strong Excel skills, plus professional written and verbal communication for vendor and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role performing A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Oracle NS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions to maintain data integrity
• Manage full A/P and A/R cycle including invoices, billing, and vendor payments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations of bank, merchant, and credit card statements
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client issues and coordinating with internal teams
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and standards
