Napleton Nissan in St. Louis is seeking an A-Level Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards.

You will build customer loyalty by delivering trust and confidence through skilled workmanship and clear communication with customers and staff. We offer top flat rate hours, a pay range of $50.00-$55.00 per hour with incentive pay, and extensive support including paid training, manufacturer certifications, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits such as

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay.
