Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. This senior technician role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building customer trust through expert service, and supporting growth within a large national group.

Offer includes top flat rate hours, potential pay range of $90,000-$150,000+ per year with incentive-based pay, paid training and certifications, and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Self-starter with a process-driven mindset.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers as required.
• Keep management informed of mechanical issues and maintain an organized service bay.

Located atNapleton Hyundai of Hazelwood, theA-level Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
