Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician for Napleton's St. Louis Nissan to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, while building customer loyalty through trust and confidence in Napleton.

This role offers top flat rate hours, multiple lift options, flexible shifts, weekend options, tool reimbursement, paid training, manufacturer certifications, cross training, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience is required.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next B-Level Automotive Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton's St. Louis Nissan, the B-Level Automotive Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
