Napleton's St. Louis Nissan, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, is seeking an A-Level Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards. You will build customer trust through accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications on brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Update technical skills through training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep management informed of repair issues as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at Napleton's St. Louis Nissan, the A-Level Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
