Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician to join our busy, customer‑driven service team. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards, ensuring trust and confidence with every customer.

We offer top flat-rate hours, a potential pay range of $90,000–$150,000+ per year with incentive pay, a retention bonus after 90 days, paid training and manufacturer certifications, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Experience with brake, hydraulic, electrical and suspension work is preferred.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
