Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood in Hazelwood, MO is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to dealer and factory standards, with the goal of building customer trust through reliable service.

The chosen candidate will diagnose a range of systems and stay current with evolving automotive technology, while enjoying top flat rate hours, a potential pay range of $90,000-$150,000+ per year, and a retention bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a range of systems to OEM standards.
• Commitment to ongoing training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood, the A-level Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
