Job summary

Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop in Saint Peters, MO. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, contributing to customer trust and loyalty.

The role offers top flat rate hours, multiple lifts, ongoing training and certifications, plus relocation assistance and a strong earning potential up to six figures based on skill and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Self-starter and process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local law.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and staff.
• Continuously update technical skills through training.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized, neat service bay.

Located atMid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM,theA-level Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
