Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Missouri. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards and building customer trust through reliable service.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of A-Level experience, are self-starters, and willing to undergo background checks. The group offers extensive training, certifications, and competitive pay with incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Located atMid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM,theA-level Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
