Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician for Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. You will diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicle systems, build trust with customers, and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

We offer top flat rate hours, a potential pay range of $90,000-$150,000+ per year with incentive pay, plus a retention bonus after 90 days and extensive training opportunities. Relocation assistance and tool support are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per policy.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or staff.
• Pursue continuous skill updates through formal training sessions.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
