Citadel CPM, a California corporation headquartered in Pasadena, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify and engage exceptional talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, partner with HR and hiring managers, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve candidate quality while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent sourcing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Technically proficient with AI and modern recruiting technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and networking strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates, creating a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage candidates to understand their technical qualifications, career goals, and alignment with Citadel CPM's culture.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop strategic sourcing plans and recruiting initiatives.
• Utilize AI, recruiting technologies, and advanced search techniques to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate quality.
• Professionally represent Citadel CPM throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and trustworthy candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
