Ci Design, Inc. seeks a Corporate Recruiter in Boston, MA to drive talent acquisition across offices. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the AEC industry, excellent communication, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a full-time, in-office position within a collaborative architectural practice.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain active talent pipelines across practices and track candidate movement.
• Assist with scheduling and preparing interview materials.
• Track feedback from interview teams and update candidate status promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
