Job summary

Accenture is recruiting for an experienced consultant to join the US A&D practice. You will advise on operating models for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, and lead strategic programs across PLM, MES/MOM, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Strong analytics, leadership, and client‑facing skills are required.

Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs. A&D expertise with a background in digital thread, IoT, and AI/ML is highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.).
Minimum of 1 year experience in an external consulting role.

Responsibilities

Support US A&D clients on Operating Model Strategy for Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
Develop Network Strategy and Design to optimize sourcing, production, and distribution.
Lead Digital Factory Strategy – PLM, MES/MOM, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, and IoT initiatives.
Spot, isolate, and solve supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing problems using analytics.
Lead teams (5-100) with diverse backgrounds and coach others.
Support client sales origination and thought leadership; drive growth.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
