Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• 8+ years’ experience with new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, IoT, AI/ML, etc.).
• At least 1 year experience in an external consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams (5-100) with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Support client origination and thought leadership development.
• Drive innovation by challenging legacy processes to fuel client growth.
