Job summary
Accenture seeks an experienced leader for its US A&D practice to drive operating models, supply chain, and product lifecycle strategies across Aerospace & Defense clients. You will guide transformation programs, design network and digital factory strategies, and apply AI/analytics to improve development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience working on Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an external consulting role.
Responsibilities
- Support US A&D clients with operating model, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing strategy.
- Design network strategies for design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Apply AI/analytics to improve product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Lead teams (5-100) and coach others across client engagements.
- Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
