Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader for its US Aerospace & Defense practice to drive operating models for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing. You will optimize networks, design digital factory strategies and apply AI/IoT across product development and manufacturing.

The role requires 8+ years in A&D, 8+ years with Digital Thread/PLM/IoT/AI, and 1+ year in consulting. Expect to travel; Accenture offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering or manufacturing improvements.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with new technologies (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, RPA, IoT, ML, AI, Blockchain).
Minimum of 1 year experience in an external consulting role.

Responsibilities

Support US A&D clients to address operating model strategy for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing functions.
Design and optimize supply chain, engineering, and digital factory strategies including PLM, MES/MOM, and Industry 4.0.
Lead and coach teams (5–100), collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to client sales origination and thought leadership.
Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client needs.
