Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced professional to join the US A&D practice. You will lead initiatives across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing transformation, leveraging AI, data and digital Thread capabilities to drive measurable outcomes for Aerospace & Defense clients.

You will manage diverse teams, support client sales origination and delivery, and guide cross-functional collaboration. Expect travel and a dynamic, client-facing environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, RPA, IoT, ML, AI, Blockchain).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an external consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model strategy for Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing in Aerospace & Defense.
• Design network strategy to optimize design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Drive Product Lifecycle Management, MES/MOM, Industry 4.0 and AI/IoT initiatives.
