Job summary

Accenture in the US A&D practice seeks a senior consultant to lead supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing improvement initiatives for aerospace and defense clients. You will apply Digital Thread, PLM, IoT, AI/ML, and design robust operating models.

You will lead teams, coach peers, and help win work while delivering measurable client value across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing domains. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• 8+ years’ experience with new technology (Digital Thread/Twin, PLM, IoT, ML/AI, Blockchain).
• 1+ year experience in external consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model strategy for supply chain, engineering and manufacturing in Aerospace & Defense.
• Design and optimize supply chain, engineering and manufacturing networks and product lifecycle processes.
• Apply AI/analytics to improve product development, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Lead teams (5–100) with diverse backgrounds and coach others.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership.
