Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader in the US A&D practice to drive transformation across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing. You will guide operating models, network strategies, and digital factory initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes for aerospace and defense clients.

The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, engaging in sales origination and delivery, and travel as required by client needs. A strong background in PLM, IoT, and AI-enabled analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

8+ years experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement initiatives
8+ years experience with new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain)
1+ year in external consulting role

Responsibilities

Support US A&D clients on operating model strategy for supply chain, engineering and manufacturing functions
Develop network and design strategies to optimize sourcing, design, and manufacturing locations
Lead projects including Product Lifecycle Management and Industry 4.0 initiatives
