Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Commercial/AD Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, PA to engage select customers, quote, sell, and coordinate order fulfillment. You will be a primary contact and consultant for designers and builders, leveraging a strong product collection.

The role offers a strong base salary plus commission, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team and travel within the market to foster relationships and sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all supply chain team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong industry network is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SalesPad, Magento, and Salesforce systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong math skills for quoting and order processing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to perform computer-based work including keyboarding and prolonged desk work.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Promptly respond to customer and sales inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions.
• Respond to customer concerns and address problems as they arise.
• Prepare quotes and process orders and samples.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and TileBar brand.
• Maintain accurate account activities and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.
• Travel within the market as required to support relationships.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.
