Job summary

The Sliding Door Company is seeking an experienced A&D Sales Representative to cultivate and manage relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors in the Culver City area. You will lead outreach initiatives to secure product specifications and raise brand visibility in commercial projects.

You will develop sales strategies, create targeted marketing content, and coordinate trainings and lunch-and-learns.

Qualifications

7+ years of A&D sales experience in building materials.
Strong understanding of the design and specification process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Lead lunch & learns and product training sessions.
Promote products to be specified in commercial projects.
Provide design resources and technical support.
Stay informed on design trends to provide timely product solutions.
Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and association activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to support A&D engagement.
Create collateral, presentations, and digital content for the design community.
Coordinate email campaigns and social media content for A&D audiences.
Target top-tier design firms with high-potential projects.
Map relationships to identify decision-makers for specification approvals.
