Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre- and post-close phases.
• Coordinate risk, timelines, dependencies, and status reporting for integrations and divestitures.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk posture.
• Lead post-close workstreams and ensure Definition of Done for deliverables.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and templates across the A&D cybersecurity capability.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and ISRM teams.
