Job summary

Renaissance Strategic Advisors, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a Knowledge Manager to lead capture, organization, and activation of the firm’s knowledge assets, bridging strategy consulting, KM, and emerging tech. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in consulting, research, knowledge management, or related analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Exposure to generative AI tools and applying AI to research and knowledge workflows.
• Experience organizing large information volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve the firm's knowledge repository for project materials, methodologies, frameworks, and research.
• Organize, classify, and curate deliverables, analyses, presentations, and other knowledge assets.
• Develop knowledge taxonomies, metadata standards, and structures to boost searchability.
• Ensure assets remain current and aligned with firm standards.
• Support governance, content lifecycle management, and archival processes.
• Capture insights and lessons learned from engagements for reusable knowledge assets.
• Maintain SME interview records and proprietary research.
• Transform outputs into playbooks, templates, and best-practice guides.
• Identify recurring client challenges to develop knowledge resources for future engagements.
• Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice.
• Provide training and guidance on AI tools and workflows.
