Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) is seeking a full-time 988 Quality & Training Specialist for the Bright Path Center in Doylestown, PA. The role focuses on training, coaching, and quality improvement for 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline operations, with direct crisis intervention duties when not training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ year in crisis settings, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a behavioral health or related field.
• Experience in crisis lifeline, crisis intervention, or behavioral health setting.
• Experience training, mentoring, onboarding staff, or quality improvement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Train and onboard new Crisis Hotline Specialists through classroom instruction, role-play, shadowing, and coaching.
• Ensure staff complete Lifeline and organizational training requirements.
• Monitor live and recorded 988 and crisis hotline calls and provide feedback.
• Conduct quality reviews and coaching to support staff development.
• Track training completion, competencies, and annual requirements.
• Collaborate to maintain compliance with Lifeline standards.
