Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Quality and Engagement Supervisor for its CORE Crisis Services to lead supervision of the 988 team, oversee training excellence, and drive quality improvement initiatives. The role focuses on staff competency, standardized service delivery, and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral health sciences.
• Two years post master’s degree professional experience in clinical work and coordination of treatment services.
• Active DOH licensure credential (LAAC/LMHCA/LICSW/LMFTA) within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise and support the 988 DEIB Coordinator, Community Liaison and Trainer, and other specialists.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate a comprehensive 988 training excellence program.
• Collaborate with FBH’s Marketing Specialist to coordinate 988 representation at local events and outreach.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and quality reviews.
