Job summary

Harris County District Attorney's Office is seeking a 911 Administrator for the Central Records unit. The role focuses on processing 911-related requests for the Houston Emergency Center and HPD, screening CAD reports, and handling 911 audio verification using NICE Inform and HECRSS.

You will manage juvenile requests, coordinate with DA staff, and help with other Central Records tasks as needed, requiring detail orientation and reliable data handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in criminal justice, legal or related environment preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Screen, verify, and upload all related CAD reports.
• Locate, listen to, verify, and save 911 audio calls.
• Update request status and communicate completion to requestors.
• Create and/ or notarize Business Record Affidavits.
• Assist in other Central Records tasks as needed.
