Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive calls by E-911, telephone or radio for multiple public safety entities.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain status of units.
• Enter and retrieve information from police/fire records and GCIC/NCIC.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, reports and data in CAD/GCIC systems.
• Answer city switchboard lines and assist the public with transactions.
