Regional 911 Intake Solutions is seeking 911 Call Takers to join the on-site team at Nellis AFB, NV. You will respond to emergency and nonemergency lines, verify locations and caller information, and document details in dispatch software.

Ideal candidates have strong listening and communication skills, the ability to follow structured procedures, and will complete required training and certifications to handle pre-arrival instructions and incident coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Strong listening comprehension and accurate typing.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and complete assessments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency calls and assigned nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller’s callback information.
• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
