You will answer emergency and nonemergency lines, collect who/what/where details, enter data into software, and forward incidents to the appropriate dispatch function.

Formación

• A high school diploma or recognized equivalent is commonly required.
• Strong listening comprehension, accurate typing, clear verbal communication, and the ability to follow structured procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency calls and assigned nonemergency lines.
• Confirm the incident location and caller’s callback information.
