National Public Safety Careers is seeking Bellows Falls-area 911 Call Takers to serve on the frontline of emergency response. You will verify locations, collect caller information, and document details for dispatchers.

Responsibilities include handling 911 and nonemergency lines, following approved questions, entering data, and relaying information promptly. A high school diploma and strong listening/typing skills are typically required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent is commonly required.
• Customer service or call-centre experience is helpful but not always required.
• Dispatch experience is not always necessary depending on the vacancy.

• Answer incoming 911 calls and assigned nonemergency lines.
