Regional 911 Intake Solutions on Mackinac Island is seeking 911 Call Takers to be the first point of contact for emergencies. You will ask focused questions, confirm locations, document information, and enter data into dispatch systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong listening and typing skills, clear verbal communication, and the ability to follow structured procedures. Experience in customer service or public safety is helpful, and training is provided.

• Support distressed callers with essential information and instructions.
