Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and nonemergency calls.
• Confirm incident location and caller information.
• Use approved questions to assess urgency.
• Enter details into call/dispatch software.
• Forward incident info to dispatch function.
• Assist callers with essential questions and instructions.
• Use language-access resources when needed.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions within training/c Certification.
