The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong listening and typing skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures. Training and certifications are provided. Expect rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Forward information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide calm, clear instructions within training and certification.
