Job summary

Public Safety Dispatch Network in Bloomingdale, GA is seeking 911 Call Takers to be the first point of contact for callers reporting emergencies. You will answer calls, confirm incident location and callback information, and enter details into dispatch software to support rapid response.

Responsibilities

• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Help distressed callers focus on essential questions and instructions.
