Responsabilidades

• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide authorized pre-arrival instructions within training and certification.
• Assist distressed callers and follow language-access resources as needed.
• Maintain caller privacy and confidential information.
