Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist to support field teams and optimize service contracts, work orders, and billing in Salesforce Field Services. This role focuses on process adherence, data integrity, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to drive system adoption and ensure accurate dispatch and billing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
1–4 years of work experience with strong systems acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce Field Services or CRM preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively and in a timely manner on leads, quotes, and scheduling activities.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and update Service Contracts in Salesforce Field Services.
Generate maintenance plans and create Work Orders based on service contracts.
Assist Sales with new contract submissions and ensure accurate Work Orders.
Review pricing and billing against Service Contracts and ensure NetSuite data accuracy.
Coordinate dispatch to ensure Service Appointments appear in Salesforce Dispatcher Console.
Promote adoption of the Salesforce platform with Sales and Field Teams.
Maintain contract inventories across all operating sites.
Communicate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance and Leadership as needed.
Ensure regular and predictable attendance and reliability in scheduling.
