Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist for a full-time role on a 4:1 schedule.

You will support field teams, manage service contracts, work orders, and billing workflows within Salesforce Field Services, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role requires 1–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong CRM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, tech, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience with strong systems acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.

Responsibilities

• Contract Validation: review, validate, and update Service Contracts in Salesforce Field Services.
• Work Order Management: generate maintenance plans and dispatch work orders.
• Billing Support: ensure pricing data accuracy for transmission to NetSuite.
• Sales Support: assist with new contract submissions and ordering.
• System Adoption: promote Salesforce platform with Sales and Field Teams.
• Data Maintenance: update contract inventories across sites.
