Valley-View-Post-Acute is hiring a compassionate CNA for the 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift. You will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans and supervisors, identify residents, document accurately, and support transfers and daily activities.

We welcome new grads and provide orientation to help you succeed. The role emphasizes privacy, safety, and teamwork in a calm, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as instructed.
• Maintain room readiness and assist with transfers or transports.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and safety protocols.
