Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets and notes in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any HIPAA concerns.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as directed.
• Care for beds, linens, and room readiness for new admissions.
