Valley View Post Acute in is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evening 3-11 shift in California. The primary duty is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care according to care plans and supervisor directions.

You will identify residents before care, document observations, monitor changes, assist with daily activities, and maintain a warm, respectful environment while following facility policies and confidentiality rules.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans and supervision.
• Identify residents before care using wristband or photo card and document accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
