Valley View Post Acute in El Monte, CA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans. You will assist with ADLs, monitor condition, document accurately, and follow safety procedures. Licensing as CNA is required; CPR preferred; must meet state training standards and participate in shift handoffs.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure comfort, dignity and timely responses to resident needs in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education as a minimum.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and record information.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Document entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and safety procedures.
• Participate in shift reports and follow established policies.
