OPW, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions, is seeking a skilled welder to lay out, fit, and weld piping and structural components for cryogenic and industrial gas systems. The role involves following blueprints, performing arc, TIG, or submerged arc welding, and assembling spool pieces per drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education.
• Ability to weld in 6G position and read blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Lays out, fits, and welds pipe and structural components.
• Assembles spool pieces and final welds per drawings and specs.
• Uses various welding processes (arc, TIG, submerged arc) as required.
• Attaches parts securely and verifies bead size and quality.
• Maintains tool and workspace safety and cleanliness.
