Worldscape is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting with a focus on engineering roles. You will manage multiple requisitions, source passive candidates, and partner with hiring teams to move processes efficiently.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, pipeline management, and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-growing startup environment in Redmond, WA. 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in agency recruiting and/or high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Lever strongly preferred.
• Background in technical recruiting (engineering) and/or experience in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a focus on technical hiring (engineering)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive efficient hiring processes
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the process
• Ensure a strong and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
