Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework and two years of administrative office support experience are required.
• In lieu of education, equivalent directly related experience will be considered.
• Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
• Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) with many organizations internal and external to the university.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized to complete projects for successful outcome.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license as this position requires some travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the 4th year program at developing clinical sites in Valdosta, GA, including South Georgia Medical Center.
• Manage the senior-year curriculum, including student schedules and confirming senior elective courses.
• Coordinate away rotations for MUSM and visiting medical students and ensure graduation requirements are met.
• Maintain academic records and update the 4th-year curriculum manuals annually.
• Serve as liaison between MUSM, SGMC, medical schools, hospitals and physician offices; supervise lounge and facilities.
• Proctor NBME exams and assist with OSCEs; input content and manage LMS (One45, Canvas).
