Job summary

Mercer University’s Academic Affairs, School of Medicine in Carrollton, GA coordinates the 3rd and 4th year medical student programs and oversees clerkship staff. The role ensures schedules, exams, and reporting processes run smoothly while maintaining records for committees and clerkships.

You will liaise with students, clinical preceptors, and university leadership, supporting the clerkship curricula across campuses and contributing to program documentation and learning management activities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and one year of administrative office experience that includes leading teams is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third and fourth year clerkship schedules and NBME exams.
• Supervise clerkship and post‑clerkship coordinators and provide administrative support for the clinical faculty.
• Maintain Clerkship Manuals, Electives Catalog, and master grade reporting in One45/Excel; act as liaison among students, preceptors, MUSM and committees.
