Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Strong leadership with focus on safety and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Manage daily shift plans and communicate priorities to the team.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct safety and performance observations.
